This stunning and elegant 100m² apartment overlooks the seafront and provides spectacular views of the whole bay of Palermo from the living room and from the terrace which flanks the apartment. From the rooftop terrace, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and the whole city, right up to Monreale and the mountains surrounding Palermo.

To match the grandeur of the apartment, there is a grand piano in the living room at our guests’ disposal. We also provide a professional tuner! It is perfect for musicians who want to play, sing, or compose, whilst getting inspiration from the tranquility of the magnificent sea views. 

It is located on the third floor, with an elevator and a few steps leading up to it.
It includes: an entrance hall, a kitchen, a dining room with a single sofa bed, a living room with a Yamaha C3 grand piano, a bedroom with a double bed, a dressing room, and a bathroom.

The apartment is supplied with cleaning products and basic pantry provisions.
We offer a weekly cleaning service.
